Civil Law Solicitor
This is a great opportunity to work in a coastal regional city, performing rewarding work.
A full-time solicitor is sought to work within the areas of law undertaken by the centre, although predominantly in civil areas of law, such as elder abuse, motor vehicle accidents, enduring powers of attorney, estates, consumer protection, debt, neighbourhood disputes and employment. It is anticipated the successful applicant will mostly work within some of these areas of law, but from time to time will be required to advise in other areas. Supervision and support will be provided.

We are currently seeking volunteer law students, as well as students enrolled in a Diploma of Legal Practice who want to undertake the work experience component of their placement with us.
